I think crocodile would win but I want to see who you think would win.

Scenario one: hody jones predrugged
Scenario two: hody jones after taking all the drugs

Who wins?

Yes he will. Water is Crocodile's sand weakness and when drugged, Hody possessed powerful water attacks. Crocodile's powers will be completely useless against him. Not to mention he had enough strength to pierce through post-skip Luffy's busoshoku haki and enough durability to survive post-skip Luffy's gear2 and 3 ultimate moves when Crocodile lost to alabasta pre-gear Luffy. Do the math

Crocodile can absorb most of hodys water attacks and make them usless and he is not stupid he knows that water is his weakness and since hody is a fishman he'll be expecting water attacks and either dodge it or absorb it.

Okay so hody survived gear luffys attack, crocodile survived a punch from jozu and got sent flying way less than hody did when he got hit with luffys attacks.

Crocodile loses. Hody outpaces him, has more durability and uses his weakness to fight. Hody launches a barrage of water bullets, Crocodile starts absorbing them, Hody blitzes behind him and takes off his head with Fishman Karate embedded with water.

I don't think drugged hody would beat crocodile in the desert. Croc has too many ways to defeat him in the desert
