Crocodile has various battle scars, most notably a long stitch above his nose that stretches across his whole face, as well as a missing left hand, which has been replaced with a large hook made from a tough gold alloy. He has sunken eyes and thin eyebrows. Crocodile speaks with a deep, relaxed voice, and he is usually seen smoking a thick, buck cigar produced by his company.
His theme of dress is meant to convey the idea of an Italian mafia boss: he sports a long, thick, dark black and gray fur coat, as well as polished Italian shoes with golden buckles. He wears various jewelry, including several golden rings with various rare gemstones on his fingers and a rectangular earring that clips onto his right earlobe. Crocodile wears an indigo velvet scarf, as well as a long-sleeve orange shirt, which are covered by a darker orange button-up vest adorned with a striped black pattern, and dark brown suit pants.

Background Info.
History:
Crocodile was born with a very rare ability to control sand and is nicknamed the sandman because he can turn his body to sand.
at the age of 20, crocodile lost a hand in combat. this was replaced with a metal hook, after the gold alloy sheathe is taken off, a poisonous hook is revealed. despite only having one hand, crocodile trained many years and gained one handed, handseal technique. one handed techniques require a slightly longer time to create.
he's always been a lone shinobi with great ambition and once at the age of 26 he took to the seas to become a famous ninja and conquer far off lands.
18 years later during his travels at sea he attempted to manipulate an organisation he secretly was head of to cause civil war and conquer a kingdom. this however was also a cover for getting his "hand" upon an ultimate ancient weapon. a group of ninjas including mugiwara and caliburn defeated crocodile, who was later imprisoned and sent to a top secret area where all the cover-ups in the ninja world are taken.
crocodile didn't spend long in captivity as mugiwara had infiltrated the prison in search of his brother who was to be executed. in exchange for crocodile's freedom, he helped mugiwara escape back up through the levels of the prison so that they could escape.
after escaping, crocodile returned to sunagakure only to find a battle taking place. the attacking ninja were swiftly defeated by crocodile, however the kage had suffered a fatal wound. with his dying breath, the kazekage promoted crocodile to kage totally unknowing of crocodile's imprisonment.

3)yes this isn't fully one piece accurate, but it's naruto RP so had to change history a bit (like suna suna no mi was removed), and added people who personify themselves as characters from one piece.
