And not exactly.. You keep a longer distance from your enemy, but the jutsu is still pretty lethal to your opponent. Because of the longer distance, it is less likely that the opponent can attack you before you hit them.

Now you should have half of the Lightning blade in both hands, when you're ready you zigzag to my clone and hit her with both parts of the Lightning blades, thus both hands, at once.

I focus my lightning chakra, once i have gathered enough, i focus, using it to create a chidori, but stronger because i added more chakra, i channel the energy to both my hands, each hand with half of the technique, using manipulation. i charge zigzag at your clone, using both hands i hit the clone at once.

Hmm, i focus my lightning chakra, once i have gathered enough, i concentrate, i release the chakra into the atmosphere, as it is channeled into the clouds, i concentrate, using the chakra to create a lightning. I try to strike the lightning at your clone.
