The Rasen Shuriken is..hmmm, is a Techniqe that......is made up by the manipulating of chakra into a shere and then combining it with wind natured energy...

this is good for battle because...it's for all ranges i guess..[when naruto was fighting kakuzu he held it in his hands, while fightning pein he threw it].It creates very small needle blades which damage chakra points, restricting the opponent from generating chakra..

i focus my fuuton chakra...
i then use my dominant hand [right hand], to gather the chakra, i create the spere of chakra by rotating my futon chakra, while still concentrating, i focus to generate more chakra, i then use wind nature transformation to gather wind energy. Still focused, i use the chakra to make the edges of the technique as thin and sharp as possible. A spiral is formed in my hand.
