Senpai, about the hound jutsu, can one control the hound willingly? And if we use it against an enemy that dodges it, but stays within range. Can we say in the next turn that we make the hound change direction and hit him? or will that not be allowed since its a completly different turn?

I don't think that's allowed in another turn, and even if it was, the opponent would have attacked you by then and since you have to keep contact with the hound, you have to release it to defend yourself. But, I do think you are able to change it's direction within a turn, however I must say I don't know it for sure..

This spear you just made, would that be useful when you perform a couple of jutsus short after each other? Explain why.

Hum...Yes. Because its fast and can be done almost instantly after we do another jutsu. Also, since we can split it into two, its an excellent jutsu to do combos or attack in two different directions. So you could have used two jutsu to diferent locations and then finish with a lightning spear...making it so that its almost like 4 jutsu in a turn.

I think he can only use lightning jutsus since he's created through lightning chakra, and when he gets hit he won't shock the opponent, just turns back into pure lightning chakra.

Me: once i fought against a guy who used that and said he could use any techs...

Clone: since it turns back to lightning chakra if the enemy punched him or used water on him or penetrated him with a kunai or something i assumed that in those situations the enemy would get electrocuted...

Me: you assume to much clone

I have been told that Lightning clones can only use Lightning techs, of course I can be wrong but I really think that's the truth..

*i create a clone and tell it to go foward. I focus a great amount of lightning chakra in my right hand and keep pumping (LOL) more chakra until is visible, chirping in my hand. I then charge into my clone with my hand filled with lightning chakra.*

Good. Can you tell me what range you think this jutsu is and why you think that?

Hum...i'd say short as one needs to charge against the enemy with the lightning molded in ones hand and actually pierce the enemy with the lightning... So, physical melee contact is needed...

What will happen to the opponent if he touches you? And why would that happen?
And when is this useful anyway?

well...he'll get shocked...but since the chakra is so tinned and spread all around, i believe that it can actually only really hurt weaker opponents so probably a strong one will only get slightly paralized. Its usefull in close combat and to avoid "grasping" techniques, specially those of earth afinity.

Very good, and yes the opponent will be paralysed (doesn't matter how strong he is).
