Good. This is a very useful jutsu imo because the opponent can't easily defend himself from a jutsu that gets from above. If you used some jutsu that you shoot at him as distraction to keep him busy, it would be hard to block or escape from it.

Good. This jutsu is often used after a water jutsu to use in conjunction with it to create an water/lightning combo. It can also be used without the water, because it's so quick it can be difficult to avoid it.

Focus your lightning chakra, bring your hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around you. Thereafter you slam your hands on the ground forcing your lightning chakra into the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. Aim it at my clone.

*I gather and focus my lightning chakra, bringing my hands together, making a surge of lightning begin to crackle around me and my hands. I then slam my palms in the ground sending all that chakra through it racing towards your clone*

Very good. The lightning goes through the ground, hence your opponent is probably going to jump or shoot himself away to avoid it. As your opponent is in the air, he can't change position easily and thus leaving him vulnerable for attack. Keep in mind that you can only use this jutsu while standing on earth.

*I gather and mold my lightning chakra. Then i send it into the sky. I open my hands drawing the lightning from the sky and directing it into your clone to kill him*

Good. This jutsu allows you to strike the enemy with lightning from the sky which you direct at him. But the enemy might notice what you're going to do when you raise your hands up in the air.

hum...because water makes for a good conductor, allowing the lightning to actually do more damage than if it was channeled through the ground alone...

Well...i would say water... Since it connects the user to the enemy with a lightning whip, if theres a water jutsu envolved the user will get toast...

can one controll the hound whithin its range?


Hum...from what i've seen i believe its a short to long lightning jutsu in which one produces two spears of lightning in his mouth to shoot at the enemy. Or that or the spear can be split to shoot multiple targets... I didn't want to check the jutsu list so i maybe wrong.

You're right. It's short to long, and it is one spear that can split up to hit multiple enemies ^^
