reiji would concentrate this Raiton chakra in to his hand in the shape of a sphere then using chakra manipulation he makes the lightning visible and then dashes towards his opponent at high speed and thrusts his hand forward hitting his opponent.

umm i can only remember if you dont have the right balance your skin starts to peel or something

O_O okay, I would rather say because of the speed at which the attack must be done and because you must run in a straight line it causes a sort tunnel vision-like effect. Because of this the opponent can easily counter the attack which is dangerous for you. Sharingan users, like me, don't have this effect as much as 'normal' ninjas because our eyes can simply see more (eg. the opponents movement, etc).

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Next, focus your lightning chakra and create a Chidori. Then reshape the Chidori in your hand into the form of countless senbon. Throw them at a tree.

and then he would morph it in to countless senbon and then launches a few at a tree. well this jutsu is useful because you can make endless senbon and with those senbon you can hit you opponent in any spot and paralize that aria or even precisionaly execute a fatal strike by piercing your opponents jugular or a different vital point.
