ok i know lightning is one of the rawest form of power their is and it was harnessed by Benjamen Franklin which was one of the founding fathers for electricity and it can kill a person with one strike.

we ninjas can use it to stun our enemies and if we don't know any fire release we can start a fire with it and it is strong against earth and weak against wind

he focuses his raiton chakra and starts to feel all tingly all over his entire being "yes sempai i can feel it" he then uses chakra manipulation to make small bolts of lightning spark off his body at random places

Focus your chakra and create a wave of electricity from your hands. make a quite powerful stream of lightning of it and aim it at a rock. If it's strong enough it should have no problem cunning through it.

reiji would build up chakra in to his right hand and lets it build up and when it almost gets out of his control he unleashes a grand bolt of lightning towards the rock and when it hits the rock gets cut in half.

I suppose that worked, but use both your hands and create a stream or wave, not a bolt

ok reiji would focus his raiton chakra into his hands and let it build up until he thought it was enough then he releases a stream of lightning towards a different rock and as it reaches the rock it would be cut halfway from the top to the middle but went all the way through one side to the other.

he puts his hands about 5 inches apart and focused his raiton chakra in between themand as he did this he used chakra manipulation to create bolts and form them int oa ball and as he did it would start to look like a blue electro ball he then pushed it forward at a tree
