No Villains from each arc Luffy faced on your crew

No Rayligh
No Garp
U can have a Supernova but ONLY ONE
No Admirals
No Enel !!!!!
Can't have Zoro & Sanji on the same ship for being favored and OP (only one)
No Impel Down characters

No Shichibukai except for Jinbei, Hancock, or Law (only one)

The fruit is parcimia class
It's radiation sound waves that come from the pores of his body.. he can also infuse it with his weapons like radio active bullets etc .. his breath can also emit radio active gas

Drawbacks he can't control it really so he cannot fight around crew or at least safe distance all crew member wear stylish radioactive suits so they r fine for period of time
His body is normal when not fighting

He can also nuke himself
Coa master kings haki user poor coo but has it

His first mate is called Gamma (after gamma knife) gamma fights with a special tech that blocks fruit users from using their fruits by hittiing them in certain areas of the body. He is bushido haki master and some coo but not a lot he also fights with sea stone cuff gloves as well

Dr. Suess lol he is not much of fighter but military genius and usually makes the plays on how the crew infiltrates places expert healing and surgery skills knows how to deal with radiation really well

She basically can do what blueno does with shadows just that she transport somewhere else in vincinity rather then how blueno can transport anywhere exp if she uses her shadow to reflect on building she can phase through building
