Description:the user uses a special catalyst which the he gets from a special summoning scroll. This catalyst is used to speed up and/or start reactions between other elements without being used up, such as igniting the earth or making a fire hotter.

Note:this jutsu is required in order to use jutsu that deal with igniting earth, this jutsu can also be used to start other reactions other than fire.

description:ignite the earth which makes an extremely hot fire which unlike normal fires instead of making a smoke as a result of the combustion, it creates solid oxides which is less dense than air, creating a huge vacuum which causes it to "pull" or "suck" the air into it at extremely high speeds which cause of it's insane strength pulls everybody into the fire.

Notes:
1)the user must use some sort of catalyst to start it using up one turn before using this using up another turn
2)the user must also escape somehow really quickly or he will also be pulled into the fire.

Lasts 3 turns which by then the earth will have been completely burned.

Note:because of the reactivity of these bullets, they are very hard(almost impossible) to put out, being made stronger by both wind and water element.

this is a double element jutsu.

description:the user creates an extremely powerful electrical storm which contains millions of high voltage lightning bolts that don't have a particularly strong "punch" to them unlike jutsu like kirin, but these lightning bolts go into the opponents bodies and begins overloading their nerve system's, instantly killing them if they remain in the storm for 3 turns. anybody who is in it can only use 2 jutsu a turn.

Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user
the user can only use this once a battle.

description:unlike most lightning element jutsu which just use's the electrons which orbit the nucleus of an atom, this jutsu use's the electrons which are combined with the protons that together make neutrons and actually are found in the nucleus of an atom, then pulls the electron out, leaving behind an extra proton, which causes atoms subjected to this jutsu to move up one in the periodic table(ie. nitrogen turning to oxygen, helium turning to lithium) this jutsu can cover up to 2m^2.

the extra electrons can be recycled, which are particularly energetic and add 10 damage to the next attack.

note:this jutsu just works by focusing chakra and requires no Hand symbols, very fast jutsu

description:the user takes earth compress's it and while compressing it and taking it, they form it around there legs or some other part of their body, greatly increasing their weight. The user cannot move very fast when they are using this, but it is useful because strong winds or currents which work by pushing the user in a certain direction have no effect cause the user will be too heavy to be pushed/pulled. not even 500km wind's can lift the user or move the user because of this jutsu. The user can use his own chakra which is holding the earth to him instantaneously and be freed from the slowing effects anytime he wants.

Description:By channeling electricity into the ground which have an extremely high voltage, which is required to move through the earth, and electrocutes anybody within a large radius in all directions, and deep down in the earth aswell.

Note:although it only does 70 damage, it requires 55 chakra, cause of the large amount of chakra needed make the voltage high enough to pass through the ground with ease.

Note2:cause how much chakra it use's the user can only use 2 jutsu that turn cause they would have been exhausted by the chakra needed to preform this jutsu.

Description:when using a lightning an electrical current jutsu, at the last minute if the opponent somehow dodges the user can put and extra voltage boost into the attack and control the jutsu to make the lightning jump out of whatever it is going through and hit the opponent. this jutsu requires no hand symbols as the user just puts in extra chakra and the controls it.

Description:this sword is said to control all of the forces, such as gravity, strong nuclear force, weak nuclear force, and electromagnetic force. This sword can be used to preform many jutsu's. if the user use's the actual sword itself is very powerful if used to attack directly, cutting through almost anything(any defense ranked A and lower) and being unable to be broken.

It was found by Neutrino00, and it bonded to him so only he can use it, and it will use a force shock wave to pretty blast off their arm.

Note: it can be summoned, but is usually carried by neutrino's waist. the sword is is about 5foot 5 inch's long and the width is 3 cm.

Note:Only usable by chakra sensing type shinobi(like karen and Pain)

description:the user use's anbvoireah to create a powerful shield that repels, it use's a tiny bit of anti gravity, as well as electrical and magnetic forces, which is extremely effective against all lightning based elemental attacks, very effective against earth element based attacks, and very effective against all fire type attacks, as it can withstand the hottest known temperatures in the universe, being able to withstand up to 10's of billions of degrees Celsius, and can even withstand jutsu's like amaterasu.

Note:can only be used for 3 turns in a battle, these don't have be consecutive. this jutsu is very tiring and the next turn the user can use one less jutsu. it puts a large strain on the user's body so if the user use's it for the full 3 turns, he has 1 more turn to battle and then he automatically loses.

description:the user after training heavily for a long time on chakra control, can actually preform jutsu without using hand signs. the user instead of just focusing chakra through their finger's then doing the hand symbols which make the correct "weave" of the chakra, instead just correctly controls the chakra so it goes into the weave itself.

Note:in order to use this jutsu the user must have some way of sensing chakra(ie. chakra sensing, byakugon, or sharingan)

this jutsu is useful, cause it gives the opponent absolutely no warning at all about the user's next jutsu. the user also uses 5 extra chakra in order to speed up the chakra used in the jutsu so preforming it is faster than using hand symbols.

description:the user can use lightning chakra to charge a fire jutsu with it, the fire is made hotter and becomes a double element jutsu. also if the fireball hits something it will electrocute whatever it hits, so if a person were to get hit they would become paralyzed for the rest of the turn and the next turn depending on the rank of the jutsu.

Note:4 quick symbols really quick to use

*the rank of effect(for use of countering purposes) is equal to whatever jutsu it is enhancing
**equal to the chakra and damage points of whatever jutsu it is enhancing

Aka a B-rank fire jutsu with 20 chakra and 40 damage would get B-rank second element added, 20 chakra to use the electric fire jutsu, and 40 damage would be added to the jutsu.

effect: paralization, and/or causes the oponent to run away as fast as they can.

Description: the user creates up to 20 clones of any type(can be normal genjutsu clones or shadow clones) who than make an extremely scary face, combined with a slight genjutsu added to them, each one having the same effect that yamato has when he makes his scary face against naruto. the combined power of 20 scary face's make the opponent extremely terrified, and eithor will be paralized in fear, or Run away in fear.

Note: it enters the opponents mind if he/she looks into the face into any one of the clones. then they recieve the entire effect from all 20 of them.

Description: the user first use's the sexy jutsu, to turn into a completely naked girl(that in itself is already an extremely powerful genjutsu) then bestows an extremely powerful genjutsu onto the newly transformed body so anybody who looks at the body will instantly get caught in the genjutsu. The genjutsu consists of random sexy moments which make it so the opponent doesn't even want to try to escape, this prevents movement and/or cause's trance like movement where the victim goes into a trance(from the sexiness of the jutsu) and goes after the user.

Note:because sharingan will allow the sharingan user to observe things to the finest detail, this jutsu is actually super effective against sharingan user's.

this jutsu can also be used by a shadow clone while the real body can do other things.
