eh, if I have enough kids and they have enough kids things will work. It's not impossible as you'd believe.

thats assuming you indoctrinate them precisely to your beliefs and they also find women who agree aswell, the chances are extremely slim given the nature of contemporary society

Indoctrination won't be necessary, the only indoctrination going on will be Christianity, everything else will be easy through convincing.

if you are going to continue living in modern society whats the point? unless you move away from everyone then you would need a large population to prevent incest

Simple. Have kids, pass on the language, stories, and customs. Make sure they have a lot of kids and make sure that before they do that they keep in contact or live in a community together. It's not impossible for them to live in a community with each other.

My other goal is to make a lot of money and leave behind good land, and also a company for them to run.

Incest will obviously be forbidden, but once an ethnic group exists, usually numbering in the thousands, incest no longer becomes a problem because they're already so distant in relations that all they share is common ancestry.

Not sure, there's always something that makes on tribe or culture different from another. Making a group isn't special, what lies within the values and beliefs is what makes it special.
