description: this jutsu is similar to tsukuyomi but it is done by mist created from densed water and the user is becomes a god in that mist. This jutsu should be used as a trump card.
effects: the user bleeds from the nose due to migrane.
The user cannot use any jutsu for 2 turns.
The user can only use this technique in one turn.
