He is so linear he only uses Shadow Clones and Rasengan(Of some sort) in EVERY BATTLE! and seems to lack independence/solo because he lived his Shinobi life on complete relianceof Kurama to save his ass in EVERY fight such as Naruto vs Orochimaru and Naruto vs Pain Tendo... He simply can't fight 1v1 effectively and when he did(Against Sasuke) he failed.

saskura is useless and will forever be useless... But thanks to the miracle working genjutsus Asspull No Jutsu and plot No jutsu Kishi can make it seem as if she is useful by having her provide chakra but I see through genjutsu and Sakura is still useless...
