16 is the age of consent. Both parties are of legal age. Said victim, Mugiwara, was not unconcious, threatened or suffering from any mental defecit.
Defense asks for all charges to be dropped, and a mistrial be ruled on the premise that the accuser, AkiSora is a tool.
