This is like the second case this week, right? What the actual **** is going on with these police officers? I'm sure we've all heard about the Alton sterling situation, it's the most popular one right now.

You can't even reach for your ID before the cops are ready to shoot. Clearly this officer is not trained and should not be in his position if he is this paranoid.

In other news, why is she filming him when she should be focusing on stopping him from dying..?

Yeah, this is truly horrifying. What kind of education and training did these policemen go through? The guy in this video and the guys from the Alton Sterling case were overreacting like children. Nothing what I would expect from trained and armed policemen.

The US is a mess.

Why is there such an obsession with firearms in America?

A witness said that Alton Sterling had a firearm, but was not reaching for his gun.

In this recent case, the wife of the victim said they were pulled for a broken tail-light. Police asked the victim for his license. The victims had told the officer he had a gun and he was registered. The cop on scene told the victim not to reach for the gun and he shot the victim as a reaction.

What went wrong? The proper procedure was not followed.

IMO, the victim is supposed to show his hands on the dashboard, backup is supposed to arrive, the victims is removed from the vehicle and surrender his firearm, while they cops on scene check his license.

The crazy part is she was so calm about it. I mean she has a son in the back seat.

However, I think she would have been shot too. The cop told her to put her hands on the stiring wheel.

It is saddening.
Why does it happen so much in US? Will the cop just get away?

Because American cops are arrogant and stupid. They think that because they wear the uniform that they can just shoot anyone they please.

The dude got shot 4 times. Apparently one time wasn't enough for him.

BLM is stupid? In the future, they will be known as heroes. When MLK and Malcolm X were alive, news oultets would call them evil but now we see them as heroes.

She was probably in shock. Later in the video she breaks down and starts crying.

I mean if the person next to you gets shot (and possibly dies) you'd probably be frozen with disbelief for a moment, especially knowing that the guy who did it was supposed to 'protect and serve'. Her emotions let loose later in because she starts wailing.

Yeah, and imagine what could have happened to her if she wasn't calm... So awful :( I saw this in the news yesterday, and I was literally in tears. My condolences to that family :(
