If men in countries like India (though they're trying right now), China and all the muslim ones actually treated women like real human beings, they wouldn't have this problem, simple as that.

As for Russia: The common issue is them drinking too much alcohol, especially the men. But to be honest, maybe it'd be even worse without vodka, dat slavic body needs it to function properly lol. Also, they still suffer from WWII, they lost about 27 million people, majority of them being men as well of course.

It's not a men but culture problem, if you'd divide them considering for and against oppression, you wouldn't have men on one and women on other side, and not even just exceptions.
