Chibaku Tensei beats Yata's mirror. And considering it took Itachi + Naruto + Bee to dispel it, you can easily say that Itachi cannot do so by itself.

Since Chibaku Tensei isn't a direct attack, I fail to see how it could be repelled. The tendency to forget that Yata Mirror doesn't.... cover.... all angles of Itachi's Susano.... Kind of goes over the heads of most people.

Even if Itachi can take out Chibaku Tensei without Bee and Naruto (which I fail to see why he could. You'd think an Edo with unlimited chakra would have done it himself to preserve the FINITE amount of chakra of his partners) then he'd still be open to attacks. I also fail to see how it blocks Kabuto's Dragon technique that deals with sound and light.

It can repel attacks but if he were to be blitzed from behind or anywhere his defense isn't covering and doesn't react to it in time it would render ineffective. It doesn't cover him like a rotation would.
