Nope. There is no counter for Yata nor mangafax for that matter.

Easy counter , it's not a fact , it's words that BZ heard.

"...is said to..." , that means that BZ heard that from someone else , or read that in a book.
That means that he never saw that mirror , and you , you believe him.

If you take that as a fact , you believe in the guy that said that to Black Zetsu.
Even if I knew that guy , I wouldn't believe him just like that.

You are believers , you'll end up just like Madara , think about Madara's defeat , he is dead because he believed in the tablet , what a shame.

Those who agree with OP are believers and bad readers , or maybe worse , they are Itachi fans.

If you're not a fan , you may accept that the word "is said to" is the proof that what BZ says is not proven.
