anything can be countered if u have prep time so if its know about like say tobi fought minato again im sure he could counter it but it is a hard one ud have to be faster then the user because even tho the transfer is in an instant the user still has to attack in once they get there and in that moment if ur faster u can counter remember he used the ftg on killer b and when he got there bee already had his sword ready that was a counter

Well I was thinking the opposite of thunder is lightning, but that works too.

There is no counter. The only counter would be to destroy his kunai with won't work because he. Keeps many with him. And even if you do destroy them all he can just touch stuff.

Just the reaction speed imo. FTG isn't an attack really (the teleporting bit) just how the user uses it.

Well I was thinking the opposite of thunder is lightning, but that works too.

No actual way to counter FTG...
The only way would be for you to be faster than Minato... no chance, even if you dodge his FTG attack, there is no way for you to hit him, he would just teleport again.
Have a S/T jutsu of your own... or destroy the Kunais... again not very useful.
I don't see any other way... even if you know to which kunai he would teleport, everything happens so fast, you wouldn't have the cahnce to do a thing.

An uzumaki might be able to pace a special seal on one of those Kunais so that when Minato teleports to it, he gets trapped, the seal makes him unable to move or something like that.... just an idea.
