Councilman Tarrlok

To those who watch Legend of Korra, are you extremely disappointed about Tarrlok like I am? I mean, Tarrlok had the workings of a wonderful secondary villain. He was INCREDIBLY over powered, a genius, manipulative, insane, cruel, arrogant, ambitious, and was in a high position of political power. Then he was captured by Amon and the Equalists and had his bending taken away. He was in maybe 4 or 5 episodes at the most. He had excellent villain potential then got SCREWED. Thoughts?

He had so much potential. Yet it was cOmpletely wasted. I really don't understand why, I was pretty dissappointed when Amon took away his bending. Hopefully someone comes in soon to replace his spot. That show needs to do something pretty critical quite quickly.

Well who's to say he still can't be a great villain even without bending. While we're at it. How can Amon take someone's bending the only person we ever saw do it was Aang and he was the Avatar. Is it a skill anyone can use or do you have to be a bender to do it in the first place?

He can still be a villain, just not a physical threat anymore. He would be like Danzo without any jutsu now.
