But this villain is already foreshadowed in Kaguya arc earlier when Kaguya said she want to create an armies for something.

And BZ told Kaguya to saved her chakra for their actual plan.

I think the true motives of kaguya moves to earth and ate chakra fruit was not to end the war between human but to acquired godly power to fight her rival. Her rival that Sasuke told us today.

She ate the fruit and end the war. In turned human worshipped her as goddess. She gave human chakra but beside that she actually planning to used IT on human next day and turned Human into WZ to be her armies.

Thats was actually her plan.

Yeah, but they did fight her in her prime and still managed to seal her up so if they would have fought their father, they would have been either slaughtered or it would have taken them much longer to finish him off than their own mother.
