Could Tsunade regenerate her feet if they were cut off?

I've come to the conclusion that no one but Juubi Jins can actually regrow their limbs. Byakugo was stated to be like Hashirama's Jutsu, but Madara had Hashirama's jutsu and couldn't regrow his arm.

Hashirama's healing(which comes from the sage mode) is completely different from the jutsu Tsunade created. She regenerates all tissue.
Tsunade has already regenerated everything that is needed to regenerate a limb. Organs are more complex to rebuild than limbs.

Can you post a scan where she, as you said, explicitly stated that she can regrow limbs?

Bones are classified as organs, being made up of a multitude of tissue. Tsunade was shown incapable of regrowing new organs, only repairing minor damage.

Being made up of numerous tissue, I would assume that it's just too complex for her to regrow.
