this right here. If memory serves me correct, Hagoromo's senjutsu is the only power that allowed a person to regrow a lost body part. At best Tsunade would only be able to reattach her feet.

I've come to the conclusion that no one but Juubi Jins can actually regrow their limbs. Byakugo was stated to be like Hashirama's Jutsu, but Madara had Hashirama's jutsu and couldn't regrow his arm.

Tsunade has already regenerated everything that is needed to regenerate a limb. Organs are more complex to rebuild than limbs.
