No, it did not. Obito's body was never picked up and buried. Shisui's was by the Uchiha Police Force and they began investigations surrounding his death immediately after.

Meanwhile, Obito "died" but Kakashi/Rin/Minato/etc never bothered to go back and retrieve his body, or do anything to further check the scene. This gives leeway to the author to rewrite that section of Obito's story.

There is no chance of it being Shisui & I'd even bet money on this.

As for "my idea"... it is pretty plausible that it's a man we've never seen before. New series, new opposition, new characters and the chance of the antagonist being controlled by genjutsu is highly dismal since that would take up too many chapters to explain. Having 8 chapters left isn't much. Meaning, it is indeed someone we've never seen speak with Itachi on panel from pt one and pt two (since no one Itachi ever spoke to had the same speech style).

Certain theories can be cast aside when they hold absolutely no weight. It being the best genjutsu user of the Uchiha clan's time being controlled by genjutsu after he was confirmed dead, w/ his body retrieved is not plausible at all.

Even though Kishimoto has seemingly developed huge parts of the plot on things that were deemed "insignificant" in the past (i.e. Tobi being Obito when people assumed he was nothing more than character development for Kakashi), making a character like this "Itachi's lover", who was mentioned even less than entities such as Jashin or Sarutobi Sasuke, isn't going to happen.

Not to mention Kishimoto doesn't like writing female characters and he forgot that he wrote that in.
