Could Rock Lee learn to use Sage Mode?

I think he can; senjutsu is taking nature's chakra, he already has chakra; if Kishi cares to explain why the actual f**k he can not use ninjutsu and genjutsu; we can make better assumptions; but in my opinion it is theoratically possible; he can control his inner gates which is related to his chakra coil system; and he is doing that more effectively than any other shinobi maybe except for Gai, which is something hard to do, so if he can master it, i think he can handle nature's chakra. But even if that can happens, i can't see in the plot most likely. But it would be a cool thing to happen.

its not that he cant use ninjutsu or genjutsu it just his chakra control is terriable way more then narutos so he cant use ninjutsu or genjutsu and is stuck with tijutsu so becuae of his poor chakra control he could never learn senjutsu

No, you need to know how to use Spiritual and Physical chakra incredibly well, while also controlling the nature energy within the original two Chakra types.

I don't think so. Naruto learnt it because of specific things.
His master was Jiraya, so Naruto had a Kuchiyose contract.
Naruto learnt it because he needed it and he also had a large chakra pool. And he also had a good enough chakra control.
Also, Naruto knows KB. Which reduced the time to learn SM considerably.

So Lee needs to learn chakra control, learn how to use ninjutsu, sign a contract and meet the requirements.

SM already needs a large chakra pool. Naruto trained with KB, which means he had a large chakra pool in every single clone(insane chakra pool divided by clones, and it was still large enough to learn SM).

I'd say it's better for him to seek other power-ups. Senjutsu is probably not the best for him, it'd be very time consuming.

No to be a Sage you need chakra control and large chakra reserves and lots of guts,Lee dose have guts but No Chakra so He can never be a Sage of any kind.

Yes anyone with large chakra can learn Sage Mode. Kishi just doesn't want everyone to be Op.

If rock lee doesnt make a contracts with any summons he cannot learn SM, that is the foundation into even obtaining it

Rock lee lacks chakra U_U he might aswell become a samurai with EIG ~_~

rock lee has chakra. He just lacks the skills to use it to make ninjutsu. IF lee didnt have chakra, then he couldnt use the gates, as it releases the natural body limiters on chakra.



But to the OP

Rock lee could never learn sagemode, even if he had triple the chakra of the nine tails. Because he could never learn to sit still, because of his passion. But i dont think lee has quite enough chakra levels to use sm

If ma and pa gave him natural chakra, he may be able to balance it, but there is no way i can see him entering sm on his own, with his personality.
