Could Rinne Tensei be used without dying?

The only ones who died were the fake Rinnegan users. Neither Obito or Nagato had Ashura's chakra like Madara and Hagoromo.

Obito had hashirama's tissue too which contains ashura's chakra and he still died.
I don't know if Hagoromoo is any different but I'm sure everyone is dying.

The real question is, can a Juubi Jinchuriki with the Rinnegan use Rinne Tensei and not die?
Two equally possible scenarios:
1) Because the user has the Ten Tails and the Gedo Statue, they would survive due to having excessive amounts of life force (Statue) and chakra (Ten Tails).
2) They would die because it's their soul being exchanged for someone else or many people....

Having tissue is not enough, Danzo had Hashirama's cells but got negged by Sasuke's chidori. You have to be the original wielder of Hagoromo's power in order to utilize his abilities naturally. Hagoromo is immortal, and he used Rinne Tensei to summon the Kages.

Why you neg repping me for stating facts ? Rinnegan's full power requires Ashura's power. If Hagoromo or Madara used Rinne Tensei they wouldn't die.
