I think so, I think Luffy's perception Haki and arms Haki would have helped, he would have been able to temporarily fend off Akainu in order for them to escape. He would have been able to buy more time for someone else to step in IMO

The question is. If Post-Skip Luffy had gone to Marineford would he have been strong enough to either beat or go past everyone that were strong enough to hold him down Pre-skip? And would he have been durable enough to move out of the way when Akainu jumped at him (which caused Ace's death). He wasn't able to move out of the way due to his wounds so Ace had to come in the way but now he's more durable. Could he?

For example: Could he have simply oneshotted Smoker and moved towards Ace? Could he have blitzed past Mihawk? Could he have seen Kizaru's kick coming?

First he would have used his conqueror's haki like he used it in the fish island ark...and knock out 50,000 of the soilders, that could have helped the allied pirates a lot and in the end make it easier to reach ace....

But give luffy a chance, he MUST go all out before the end pf the dressosa arc..

Conqueror haki works on those who have a weak mind, the soldiers in marinford all where mostly commander or even captain rank and above, he would have never been able to knock down 50.000 of them, and to remind you, luffy did use conqueror haki in that battle (by accident) and he only managed to knock down a few of them.
Honestly all luffy could have done with his current streanght back then would have been to do some blows to the stronger enemies and probably anticipate the blow from akainu and either move ace out of the way or block the punch with his body aka sacraficing himself.

And all in all, it was Aces fault that he is to proud to ignore those words from akainu.
