Could neji break Tsukuyomi

its kinda hard to avoid eye contact if you have a 360 degrees of vision. im sorry but itachi is neji's worst match up

I really want to see a byakugan user under a genjutsu of a sharingan user something seems fishy about this happening.

this isn't and regular sharingan user and this isn't any regular genjutsu there is nothing in the hyuga arsenal that blocks genjutsu unless they close their eyes. face it they see every thing in front of them and if a sharingan user is in front of them they are making involuntary eye contact
