Could Naruto have gotten the sharingan

If Itachi wouldn't have destroyed the crow couldn't Sakura (or any medical nin for that matter) transplant Shisui's eye into Naruto? If so then since the Uzumaki and Senju are distant blood relatives could he have gotten the rinnegan? Because Uchiha+Senju=rinnegan right?

Assuming that naruto did get a regular sharingan, what would it do? he can already detect ninjas with bad intentions so, he dont really need the sharingan to tell him were they are, only thing it might do for him is allow him to be better at taijutsu so he same soem chkra.
