Could Minato have stopped the Uchiha clan Massacre

Remember, it was the 9 tails attack that started the scrutiny that the Uchiha clan fell under. If Minato had survived the attack, would he have been able to make peace between the Uchiha and the rest of the village?
Kushina and Sasuke's mother were apparently friends, so maybe Minato and Fugaku were also good friends. Could Minato have talked down Fugaku?

It's annoying that we don't know what Fugaku and Minato's relationship was. Their wives were like best friends, so the two husbands should have an interesting relationship. If Sasuke could TNJ Sasuke, I'm sure Minato could do the same.

It's true, but minato could have united the uchiha and village to fight this person with the mask. Minato didn't know who he was but he would have urge the higher ups to worry more about finding out who this masked guy was rather than blaming it on the uchiha blindly. I am pretty sure he wouldn't blame it on the uchiha. instead he would ask for their help and assistance to find who this mask guy was since the uchiha possessed the sharingan which makes them good at tracking. This would have been a good way to reunite the uchiha and village.

minato knows pretty well that it requires a powerful person like madara to control the size of the nine tail demon fox. not all uchihas have the power of madara. if obito was able to control nine tail demon fox was because of the infused chakra of hashirama. Minato is smart enough to rule out the uchiha clan. Minato was recognized as a genius by the village. Not only third hokage would have been on his side but also many others. danzou wouldn't have been able to say anything had minato survived

Probably, Hizuren was the most spineless Hokage, Minato couldn't take Danzou's shit and would likely try and help Itachi.
