Well, if we are only talking about the event horizon's gravitational pull that makes everything inside not able to escape, and we ignore the fact that the huge one sided pressure and other factors wouldn't kill him, then yes. He would be able to escape simply because he is using something called "Quantum Tunneling". It is not actual "tunneling" but is the instantaneous movement between one space and the other with no time. FTG is a "faster-than-light" technique, but it does not break any fundamental laws of physics, as there is no actual movement going on. He breaks physics to begin with, as there is no such thing as physical teleportation. But yeah, in short, we can escape the huge gravitational pull from a black hole with FTG.
The black hole might be able to crush his chakra(since it can bend even light), so he might not be able to use FTG. Also, I'm not really sure what would be faster, him teleporting out? Or the gravitational force killing him?

FTG doesn't take up chakra and if it does he won't need it since he has kunai's and seals all around the village :) so yes he could survive.

Well your question was if he could escape the "inescapable" pull of gravity by the black hole upon entering the black hole, ignoring many, and I mean, many factors that are going there. FTG can escape the black hole simply because it is a haxed jutsu capable of bending space and time making quantum tunneling with physical bodies possible. FTG is not possible in real life, as there cannot be physical teleport (Due the mass of a body increasing to infinity as they approach light speed). Though bodies cannot obtain light speed, it is possible to bend space/time around you to go faster-than-light (postulated by Alcubierre). Seriously, FTG is completely broken, as quantum tunneling of such potential would sent Minato back to the past (which he may be doing, as far as we know).

Now, if you ask me what is faster, the gravitational pull or FTG, then that is just pure science fiction and cannot be answered. I gave you the simple answer without any other factor on it. Theorically, we don't know how long it would take to reach super-singularity, as the black hole infinite density and size to matter for the equation, and equation that we don't have as far as I am concerned. If you wanted to be more specific, what kind of black hole? static? Kerr? lol.

I see what you said. I guess there just isn't a true answer to this question.

Please don't bring real science into Naruto of course it wouldn't make sense.

Well, the moment he got in it he would be oblitereated. But if somehow he wasn't, then yes. Chakra is sorta like the "spirit" of someone in Naruto, not a physical attribute. Therefore, because it's intangible, it can't be sucked in by a black hole.
All theory of course. I don't know what Minato is doing in space...

im sorry but no. Black holes are so strong tht they traplight in. And light has the highest escape velocity. Eve if his ftg was stronger thn gravity, which i doubt, minato would be ripped to shreds the moment he enters. Even if he isnt ripped to shreds, the outward pull of the ftg and the gravatational pull of the black holes are likely to rip him. He would also be incinerated in there as the photos(light particles) would have its energy stored in 1 place and it would be really, really hot in there

man.....the balck hole's are just gapes in the countinoum space time. when a star dies all the mase of the star gathers in one point creating a big densiti that makes a hole in the countinoum space time. the density there is too big. not even the speed of light can escape...and a human will be crushed in seconds becose let's be serious....no one can breathe out there, and the distance to a black hole is very big...i can say that is around 10 000 000 years light. could minato send his chakra all the way to the earth if he is at sunch big distance?

Poor Minato, that sounds like torture.
