Sakura is now arguably a low Kage level Kunoichi. She has higher chakra reserves ( due to her Byakugou seal ), and she has a giant summon who can most likely solo Kakashi, because she is immune to physical attacks ( databook fact ).

Without Sharingan, Kakashi can't even use the Raikiri as perfectly as with sharingan. He will also loose the sharingan precognition.
