Could kakashi without shangan beat Sakura?

Kakashi is heavily reliant on his sharingan, and sakura almost soloed him at the beginning of part 2. She's improved since then... do you think with her new summons and the yin seal she could take out kakashi if kakashi wasn't able to use his shangan?

Kakashi has both Raikairi and Rasengan for close range, he has Katon and Suiton for long range, he has Earth release for easy evasion, etc.

You're heavily underestimating Kakashi.
