Could Kakashi have escaped Tsukiyomi?

Only an Uchiha can break Tsukuyomi. That has been stated in the manga and the Databook. So no, Kakashi couldn't nor can he ever escape it if he gets caught.

Kakashi couldn't escape it cause he was using normal sharingan. If he had activated MS he would have countered it just as itachi said

Kakashi took Tsukiyomi intentionally in order to buy time for Guy to came and solo Itachi and Kisame. Itachi understood Kakashi's plan and ran away.

The Hachbi helped Bee escape Sasuke's tsukiyomi this way. Right before Bee Lariated Sasuke in his chest.

For Kakashi though, he should've been smart enough to keep the battle moving with ninjutsu and taijutsu. Chancing a genjutsu battle was dumb when he had the numbers for victory.

You do realize that Sasuke didn't use Tsukiyomi, right? The only Uchiha we've seen use it himself is Itachi and Kishimoto has written in every panel that Sasuke uses "sharingan genjutsu" and for Itachi it is blatantly obvious when he is using Tsukiyomi, considering it will say "Tsukiyomi". That and Danzo said that Sasuke's genjutsu wasn't anywhere the level of Itachi's. I don't even believe Sasuke has ever used Tsukiyomi. Kakashi wasn't stupid, he just wasn't breaking out of Tsukiyomi. But he shouldn't have been cocky enough to look directly into Itachi's eyes, when he knew that he was an Uchiha who was good at genjutsu.

Why do people assume that people can escape Tsukyomi? People keep saying that Jinchurkis can escape it as well due to their bijuu, that is not correct as it only last 1 second.

That's 1 second to the outside world, the Bijuus are inside them thus that 1 second thing is irrelevant. Naruto has been having complete convos with Kurama and the other Bijuus while in the midst of fighting Obito so yeah I'm going to say there's a time difference where the Bijuus are as well or do you believe Obito stood there doing nothing when BM's hands were on the Bijuu's chakra receivers for like 5mins while Naruto was talking to the Bijuus and Jinchuurikis? Plus Perfect Jinchuurikis gain some of the Bijuu's power as Naruto did when he beat Kurama, the chakra he took was in a separate place than Kurama and Bee told Naruto the power he took is his forever

All they really have to do is activate that chakra and it would disrupt their chakra which would break the genjutsu as well since disrupting your chakra is how to break genjutsu. Sasuke pretty much did this when he broke out of Tsukuyomi, he activated his CM level 2 which increases his chakra thus disrupt Itachi's control over him

. Itachi wanted Sasuke to fight him when he had the MS, not only so he can gain the EMS after winning but to fight him on par, wanted Sasuke to be strong. We know CM wouldn't equal a MS user on Itachi level, that's why Sasuke loses CM to gain his MS.
