Could Kakashi have escaped Tsukiyomi?

Instead of trying to tank Tsukiyomi with just his Sharingan. Why didn't Kakashi order Kurenai and or Asuma to touch him and funnel their chakra in to him to help disrupt the hold of Tsukiyomi. Kurenai is a genjutsu specialist. She should've been able to do something to help Kakashi. It just seems foolish to remain stationary in battle with someone as dangerous as kisame standing there. Surely Kakashi has counters to sharingan genjutsu. Guy showed up and knew exactly how they should fight those two. and Kakashi is supposed to be the genius. Smh

Itachi's genjutsu affected Kakashi very quickly because Itachi had full control of the time. Not exactly enough time for an outside force to disturb Kakashi's chakra and break him free of the genjutsu.

In order for Kakashi to break Tsukiyomi, he has to do it himself with the mangekyou and somehow infuse nature energy into breaking out of Tsukiyomi... which is what Sasuke did.

So no, Kakashi probably can't do that right now

Why do people assume that people can escape Tsukyomi? People keep saying that Jinchurkis can escape it as well due to their bijuu, that is not correct as it only last 1 second.

Jinchuurikis are a little different than Kakashi in terms of breaking genjutsu...

The way the Jinchurki's escape is no diffrent than normal people, somebody has to touch them and say relase, tha bjuus do that if they're friendly, but since Tsukyomi last 1 sec, the bijuus wont notice that they're in genjutsu.

No, it's not possible unless Itachi decides to prolong the amount of time Tsukiyomi is occurring in real life as well. When he used it on Kakashi, it lasted only a second in real life...that's not enough time to even react to it. That and it was stated that only a sharingan user w/ Uchiha blood has a chance of breaking it. So basically if you get caught in Tsukiyomi, you're done for unless you're Obito, Madara, Shisui, Sasuke, or any other Uchiha & Itachi decides to let it last more than a second in real life in order to give them enough of a chance to break it.

You can also break genjutsu by disrupting chakra flow, and with pain (as long as the pain isn't from the genjutsu)

If Kurama was waiting on pins and needles to force his chakra through the cracks in Minato's seal at the right time, he could negate the genjutsu. Forcing chakra through the gates both disturbs chakra and is painful to the jinchuuriki.

Naruto has never been caught in Tsukiyomi. That was just one of Itachi's 3-tomoe sharingan genjutsu.

When he was with Chiyo it was finger genjutsu. Than in the forest it was probably sharingan or tsukiyomi. I dont know which one it was but Itachi's tsukiyomi is not all lasting 2 days. Itachi can decide the time in that jutsu and 2 days is his limit.

The Hachbi helped Bee escape Sasuke's tsukiyomi this way. Right before Bee Lariated Sasuke in his chest.

For Kakashi though, he should've been smart enough to keep the battle moving with ninjutsu and taijutsu. Chancing a genjutsu battle was dumb when he had the numbers for victory.

There's a difference between finger genjutsu and crow genjutsu, sharingan genjutsu and tsukyomi of Itachi.

He has use finger and crow genjutsu on Naruto, he has never used tsukyomi on him.

Also in the Kakshi encounter, it took 3 secs for it to be complete, Kurenai and Asuma had closed their eyes so they had no idea what was happening.
At that time, Kakshi did not have the strength and training with MS to break out of tsukyomi, now it might be possible.

You cant just use disruption of chakra to free from tsukyomi unless you are an MS user or jinchuriki. Dor 3 tomoe sharingan, it is easier to break free.
