Deidara used it to survive hiw own suicide bunshin , it's not contestable, C3 doesn't work on Kakashi moving deep underground, C3 just fall down, it's pretty late and useless the impact won't touch the position of Kakashi the manga and databook comfirm that the user can go deeper if they want and able to move fast underground.About C0 the explosion is bigger but still Kakashi underground has some chance to survive while Deidara while try to get a desperate draw.

He can go as far as he pleases. The crust of the planet is 20 miles thick I believe.

1) He outpace gaara's sand many times infact gaara had to bring out shukaku's hand to caught him once.
2) Are you saying kakashi is faster on air? Because this fight is not happening on the ground

1.scans? Last time I checked he got trapped by garras slow sand, had to make a new bird, and still got his arm crushed.
2.he doesn't have to be. How is he going to react to an attack he cannot foresee?
3....if the bombs are disabled...how will they explode.
