Of course,Kakashi has more than Sasuke also better strategist, better raiton, faster and on top of this he has the best doton defense and can make waste all Deidara's clay easily by using his doton underground like Deidara used it to be safe angainst his own Suicide clone explosion, same as Tobi who used doton as well.

Sasuke explained well, against sharingan to detect his seals/chakra and raiton Deidara is a dead man, add a doton and more versatile abilities, it's overkill.
