I think so. Hell, he took Tsunade and made her cry by repeatedly kicking her in the face. If he could take on an Hokage then I guess everyone would be dead. That was until Naruto Rasengan'd him, which was one of the greatest fights in Naruto in my opinion.

To the people saying he made Tsunade cry he used her fear of blood against (I guess that counts for him) but afterwards when she got over it he would have been soloed so easily. He could of solod everyone bar gaara. I know oro said he was on kakashis level but that's suspect by what we saw him do through the entire manga up until the war arc. The only things we ever saw him do was be a jutsu medium for oro and use the chakra scalpel, and I don't really see his chakra scalpel doing that well against precog personally

He was rated by Orochimaru to be as good as Kakashi during the Chunin Exams. So yes he could have soloed all those Genin...even Gaara(high diff of course) Kabuto is pretty good at strategy and it's not like he doesn't know what Gaara is or is even capable of.

In all likelyhood Kabuto would most likely, poison Gaara or Lee in order to gain the advantage.

You forgetting about the quick bout he had with Kakashi in the hospital room? He managed to fool and escape Kakashi's Sharingan so beating a precog 1-2 tomoe was within his capabilities.

He even did well against Tsunade.

Yes he did. But none of the Genin are on Kakashi's level. Not even Sasuke. If he can avoid and escape 3T Kakashi then he could win against Genin 2T Sasuke is my point. But in an actual fight with Kakashi. I agree I don't see Kabuto (then) beating him.

But we are talking about the Genin and not the adults. I agree Lee and Gaara would give him a good challenge, but from what we learned from Kabuto's history is he is very good at adapting and exploitation. Not to mention he had stat cards on everyone in the Chunin Exams so he came prepared in that respect.

I admit naruto winning was bs, but sasuke would be negged at that point like not even a competition if tsunade was negged, unless you're saying that naruto>tsunade

Nah he was on par Orochimaru stated it. Though even Kakashi said something like he's need to be om2his toes next time.
