Show me a scan of when he said that, and even if it does kishi contradicts himself because jiraiya took on pain without knowledge and had a better fight that tsunade did with pain. She barely did anything in that fight. Orochimaru has clearly surpassed tsuande and jiraiya

I like how people think that everyone could just prepare themselves against Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu. Raikage A had to use maximum speed, in order to escape the Sharingans sight, Kabuto had to close his eyes for not being affected by Uchiha Genjutsu. Not only that Amaterasu appears wherever the Sharingan aims for, the Sharingan itself is endowed with great insight abilities, able to read and to predict the opponents moves. Itachi has abilities that can one shot you by just standing around and looking at you. Above, he has Susanoo, which weapons make him according to Zetsu completely invincible, able to repel and to crush anything.

Jiraiya has no chance..

He also said that even with more back up they could only tie. Isnt it obvious that Itachi was lying back then? Jiraiya is strong, but not strong enough to take on four (or more, since Itachi wasnt very specific) Kage level enemies and tie with them.
