Well, in all honesty, Sakura would be able to solo Kakashi, since she has the Byakugo useal, but Itachi solos, neg diff, with Susanoo or Tsukyuomi

Sakura is good, but if we really put sense to this thread, The most powerful jutsu of Sakura is her Punch, it is nice but as far as I remember, in Naruto World, nobody, not even fodders and civilian can die in a punch.

So long as itachi doesn't have totsuka blade. Queen sakura takes both of them. Else, itachi solos. Though with Intel. Sakura still takes it.
