he infacts uses his crow genjustsu effectively avoiding Kabuto.

Here he could have beaten Kabuto but as we all know he coulld not as the the edo tensei would still be active.

so what do you think could Itachi have won the match by himself?

It could go either way.

Kabuto is hella strong, but Itachi had the upper hand a good amount as well. If Itachi was going for a kill, he could have probably cut off his head rather than his horn, or Amaterasu'd him in the face, or feinted and hit with Totsuka rather than Sasuke's sword.

Itachi's original plan was to go fight Kabuto by himself and Itachi knows when he's capable and when he isn't. But, Sauce, being it's usual self, spiced things up a bit and things became more of I gotta protect him and myself since Sasuke is alive and wouldn't regenerate while Itachi is not alive.

That will be a resounding NO. Sasuke saved Itachi at least 3 times, helped take some of the pressure off of Itachi, and was instrumental in setting up and finishing Izanami. Without Sasuke there, Kabuto would had got Itachi early in the fight with a fuda.

He can't counter Mugen Onsa. Otherwise considering Izanami is unrestricted if
he can pull out the mechanism to perform Izanami he has some good chances of winning.

No Sasuke means all Kabuto has to do is stab Itachi in the head and it's Game Over. He doesn't have to play on the defensive now, because there's no Sasuke to influence Kabuto's motives

Make Itachi "Un-Edo" and it even plays more in Kabuto's favor, because Itachi can't regenerate from any injuries or lost stamina from whatever happens in the battle.

Sound Genjutsu eliminates Itachi immediately.

Also, anything before this page was real, anything after is Izanami.

Because that's how Izanami works. Itachi has to prepare, and then must activate on the "repeat"

If Itachi was actually killed during Muki Tensei or Sound Genjutsu or being bisected in half, Izanami would not activate, because the "end point" hasn't been reached.
