[Theory] Could Itachi and Pain break free?

nagato and itachi were mere pawns when they were alive, so them being bind by edo tensei doesn't really make a difference to me (except for nagato). but the manga is definetly giving us some indications that they'll over come edo, and thus breaking free. but in theory and correct me if im wrong, when one completely break hold of edo, isn't their body suppose to crumble into dust, being that edo tenei is what is keeping their souls bind in the sacrifice bodies in the first place. thus if nagato and itachi completly break out of edo they're bodies would simply vanish, then as a result releasing their souls.

edo in my view has a ridiculos concept, or maybe i'm failing to fully understand.

also, to help fuel a debate.....Kabuto needs Anko alive for Orochimaru's chakra to help fuel it right? So.......three things.

1. If there were no more Oro chakra in the world what happens? It WAS his jutsu after all....Kabuto just made it better because he has some of Oro's chakra....

2. Itachi is back to the field....with all of his known powers.....he is the one who sealed Oro for "good". Can he just do that to Kabuto with Susano'o? Of course, if they can't break free it won't matter, though they should, to help against Madara....(that'd be epic!) Powerful eye techniques for a HUGE battle......

3. Let's not forget that Pain has the power of Rinnegan to revive dead people like he did with the Leaf ninja......he has another shot here too......

No it is not Oro's jutsu bro the 2nd Hokage invented and first used this jutsu. Orochimaru just learned it, and used it as well, and now Kabuto following in Orochimarus footsteps.
