Here we can see that he said "you seem to be having fun here" and thats pretty much what a dad normaly says to his son in kindergarden or somewhere where he has fun and then the child doesnt want to go home. And when you look on the timeline it can be possible that Madara is Obitos dad.

Madara also agrees with Obitos Moon eye plan and Madara has big knowledge about things that Obito knows. Maybe Madara was telling him about his past and how ruined the humanity is so he passed down his ideals to Obito. And Obito made a master plan for a "Perfect world" with faking his dead and the eye moon plan.

That timeline doesn't nearly work. Madara was around when Hashirama was around. Tsunade is Hashirama's granddaughter and still a generation older than Obito/Kakashi/Gai's group. Maybe great-grandson.

I was thinking he could probably be his uncle, because what if obito was izuna's son??? That would be more logical.
