Could it be possible that Tobi isn't an Uchiha?

Well, I don't really understand why does the Rinnegan lose the abilities the Sharingan has for Tobi when Madara was able to use Susano'o with the Rinnegan. Also, if the Rinnegan doesn't lose Sharingan abilities, why wasn't Tobi able to awaken it? Why can Tobi only be untouchable for 5 minutes? That time seems too short for a Sharingan user. Well, what are your ideas?

Well if he wasn't he wouldn't have the balls to use the kyuubi,attack Konoha single handley, and do the justus he does. First time we seen Tobi was with a sharingan (And maybe his Inzuna) so its not a bad guess to assume that his a Uchiha.

Nagato destroyed Konoha, and can use the Rinnegan's six paths jutsus (+ Outer Path) while not being an Uchiha.

Well if Kakashi (Sharingan) and Ao (Byakugan) have taught us anything it's that you don't have to be a part a clan to use their dojutsu
