Could have Naruto killed Sasuke at the final valley if he had wanted to?

I also want to point out naruto can't control kyuubis chakra very well in part one..remember jiriyah made him exhaust all his chakra so the kyuubi would have have to lent him some?that's how he summoned gamabunta in part one..in the fight with gaara he wasted all his chakra in the same way.the point I'm trying to make is he can't just summon gamabunta..it takes a bit of luck.its not automatically going to work

Then there's the gamabunta Loyalty argument.simply put,gambunta probably wouldn't kill sasuke..he serves the leaf first,naruto second.

Lastly, gambunta would smash him.and before naruto went crazy he had no intention of killing him.

TL;DR sasuke wins due to plot.narutos only sure way of wining is gambunta.

I believe Naruto could have easily won. He was pulling off Hokage Level Techniques Vs. Gaara, going head to head with one of the tailed beast, n Won. At which tme sasuke couldn't grasp how it was possible. It was the sight of such that turned sasuke to Oro, n seek of said power. During the fight at the valley of the end sasukes intent was to kill so he went full power n was still ONLY ABLE TO FIGHT ON EQUAL GOUND. Naruto's intent was to save n return his friend not KILL him, so there is no was he really would have gave it all. So to answer yo question hands down he could have killed Sasuke THEN. Time Skip Sasuke>Naruto.....Easily.

1.naruto exhausts his natural chakra
2.draws out kyuubi chakra and completes the summon

BUT...naruto doesn't having killing intent until he enters cloak form,at which point he can't control chakra at all.

TLR naruto in character would never summon gam..if he did yes ofc he would win.

Also on a random note,narutos right arm got burned from kyuubis cloak.he can't use shadow clones in cloak form,so how does naruto make a one handed rasengan when his chakra control is even lower then normal..such a "plot moment" I guess.

During Retrieval Arc: Sasuke < Naruto
Valley of the End Round 1: Sasuke < Naruto
After 3rd Tomoe & CS2: Sasuke < Naruto
In between time skip: Sasuke < Naruto
After time skip: Sasuke < Naruto(Naruto would get pounded until 4 tails rage)
After Itachi fight: Sasuke > Naruto
Sage Mode Naruto < MS/Akatsuki Sasuke(Naruto only overwhelmed Pein thanks to the Kyuubi)
Hero of Konoha < Susanoo Sasuke
Biju Mode v1 Naruto > MS Sasuke

Naruto learned how to control a portion of the Kyuubi's chakra during his training with Jiraya and has control over it until his 4 Tails mode.

I would say they both would kill each other. End of the story. Naruto highpower Rasengan would've killed Sasuke if it wasn't for the Curse Mark and Sasuke highpower Chidori would have killed Naruto if it wasn't for the Tailed Beast Cloak.

Honestly, both of them would've killed each other.
