Not really, heal can mean to create new cells to replace the damaged ones. But there could be cells that are not dead but instead have a disease. So Hashirama might not battle does one because they could be like a Cancer attacking the other ones.

Rock Lee lacks spiritual energy necessary to use chakra.

Hashirama's cells combined with Kabuto's medical ninjutsu wasn't enough to preserve EMS Sasuke's life, so I'd imagine that a lethal disease that was eating Itachi up on the inside wouldn't be cured, it'd just be delayed. I'd imagine it'd be more effective than the medication Itachi was on, but it wouldn't preserve his life indefinitely. The same would pertain to Kimimaro though I can actually see Hashirama's DNA fuccing up Kimimaro's body even more.

Well I can't see Hakke scan so I can't comment on that where exactly in the manga does it say physical energy + spiritual energy equals stamina. Not once in the manga does it say that what it says and what Sakura explains is that spiritual energy + physical energy equals chakra.

If you want me to explain it to you thai jutsu uses purely staming generally. Ninjutsu mixes physical energy or stamina with spiritual energy to create chakra. It's not rocket science and the 2 are clearly different t things

You literally have a page of naruto using 50% chakra and 40% stamina for shadow clone. So it wouldn't make sense for you to say stamina is chakra because basically what you are saying is that naruto used 50% chakra and 40% chakra...

So lets say, 1stamina point = 1liter bottle, Naruto can fill 5 bottles, itachi can fill 2.5, Assuming the mixing ratio is say 1% physical + 1% spiritual = 2%. Now if naruto wanted he could fill 5 bottles worth of chakra, while itachi can only fill 2.5.

My main point is, in terms of volume Stamina = Chakra

No, chakra comes from mixing physical with mental energy, stamina determines how much chakra can be controlled/focused.

Stamina is directly tied to life energy which is why Uzumaki are known to have the most in the series whereas Uchiha lack it severely.

The stamina to survive being cut in half came from Tsunade's Uzumaki life energy, the stamina to stay alive after giving birth and getting Kurama extracted came from Kushina's life energy.
