Could Guy have beaten Itachi and Kisame?

Itachi was weakened at that moment because of the tsukuyomi. I don't know how strong Kisame was at that moment, but i believe Gai could at least contain his power with gates

Yeah I was wondering if he could succeed in either beating them or at least holding them off.

not really relevant, the 8 gates part is. look, hirudora has a very large range, it's already defeated kisame and blasted madara's v2 susanoo to bits. and the 8th gate's power should be significantly larger, meaning that guy could feasibly kill both kisame and itachi, at the cost of his own life of course.

Why would I be mad? I didn't say that Guy could beat them, I just wanted to know if he could. I wanted your guys thoughts on it, I never said that he could beat them. And no I am not mad because there is no reason to be lol.

How did he beat him when guy was helpless, and kisame was had enuff strength to

1. Break hashirama wood jutsu, by sheer strength

2. use 2 jutsu, one to kill himself to prevent data leak, and the other to get the intel out.


If it wasnt for all the main characters being there kisame would have killed guy.

1st: Yamato's wood style is nothing compared to Hashirama's, stated by Yamato himself.

2nd: Guy beat him into the state where he basically had nothing left, the only thing he could do was kill him self and get the intel out.

How does Itachi disagree lol, do you really think that Itachi ment what he said about Jiraiya and Gai? It was only to mislead Kisame to avoid a fight because Itachi didn't want to fight against his ''comrads'' because he's one of the good guys lol. Itachi had no fear for Orochimaru so i highly doubt that he was afraid of Jiraiya and Gai. He just didn't want to fight them because he knew that he couldn't avoid it if they didn't ''run away''

All these kids saying that Itachi was afraid and ran away lol. Itachi fears no one with his coolness.

Itachi's susanno has yata miror, repels any attack.. Himudora is a straight foward attack, it isn't doing Itachi anything\
Your mistake is thinking Madara is a better Itachi.. they are two different ninjas
