Could 3rd Raikage beat Base minato?

he's more or less the 4th raikage on steroids. he was able to tank rasen shuriken(wind>lightning), and rumors is that he survived a bijuu bomb from the 8tails and even defeated it, as well as faced 10,000 shinobi's for 3days non stop. in his arsenal he possess a jutsu that can pretty much OTK for anything less than sage-mode durability if successful. (assumption)

He can outlast Base Minato, but he can't actually overpower and defeat him. If he uses anything above 3 Fingered Nukite then Minato can just redirect it right into his chest and cause some pretty bad damage.

Now by redirect. do you mean sage-mode in the same manner naruto used it? if so, is minato even good enough to use sage-mode that effectively? or is base minato reaction timing and counter more than enough without the need of sagemode.

Yes, and yes. His reflexes are>SM Naruto's by feats. Minato's best feat is reacting to Ay, something Naruto doesn't have as a feat nor does he have anything comparable.

alright, now last question. assuming it was the 3rd raikage before he injured himself with that scar. would minato be smart enough to figure out his weakness? i think naruto only figured it out because of intel from the bijuu after naruto questioned what the scar was from.

Minato would lose. He can definitely evade Sandaime Raikage's attacks due to being able to evade V2 Raikage's attacks with Hiraishin and V2 Raikage >> Sandaime in terms of speed, but he has no way of damaging him and gets outlasted eventually.

I would say Minato wins with Frog Song... but even with Raikage paralyzed without his lightning shroud, Minato has no way to hurt him. What a beast. Maybe Minato can seal him inside a frog.
