chakra tends to go away (lessen) once people start to get old. Plus, it was a reference to the fact she hadn't been in combat for over 12 years +. It was a connection to her rustiness, not her age. Both of the other 2 are the same age maybe older.

chakra network works through the muscles. And also, the databook referred to Sakura's punch with the usage of CES. Because she hadn't used her CES for anything else. However, we already know she can jump high as hell with CES also. So what are you gonna do? claim thats her natural jumping prowess? And so what is she hasn't used powerful kicks? Maybe shes never needed to? Not all fighters use kicks even when they are good in kicks or can use them. Why? Because they might be ebtter with punches.

Your muscles are needed to utilize chakra strength. Since the cells of your muscles contain physical energy, which is used in chakra and normal strength. If the medium is injured, you can't expect the object to do its job through the medium. It afffected it all the way to the heart.
