The 3rd guy went after Anko. Not Sai. He must be good if he is in the top 3 of ANBU.

Danzo had Kabuto do all the sharinganing, Danzo still kept contact with Orochimaru, Danzo had his arm sealed and he kept it in his robe thingy, i doubt many people knew, but even then the only people who would/could know would be Fuu and Torune and the elders, and Fuu and Torune work for Danzo and do what has to be done so they dont seem like the type to care for what Danzo does, and the elders are a-holes so, yea they wouldnt care either
